Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services.
We do not guarantee approval or any specific outcome for your VA claim. Every claim is different, and results depend on individual circumstances, supporting evidence, and VA determinations.
Accreditation and Affiliation Disclosure
Benefits for Bravery, LLC is a private, veteran-owned business that is not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and is not an accredited representative, Veterans Service Organization (VSO), attorney, or authorized agent for VA claims. We do not prepare, submit, or manage VA disability claims on behalf of any individual. Veterans remain solely responsible for their own claim submissions and are encouraged to consult with VA-accredited representatives for official assistance, many of whom offer services at no cost.
By using our services, you acknowledge that free support is available through organizations such as the American Legion, Disabled American Veterans (DAV), Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), state-run veteran affairs offices, and other VA-accredited professionals. Choosing to work with Benefits for Bravery is entirely voluntary and not required to pursue a VA disability claim.
Third-party contractors, including contracted physicians engaged by Benefits for Bravery, LLC, are also not affiliated with the Department of Veterans Affairs and are not liable for any outcomes related to a veteran’s disability claim. Services provided by contracted physicians are limited to one-time medical assessments used solely for evidentiary purposes in support of a VA claim and do not establish a patient-provider relationship or constitute ongoing clinical treatment.
Benefits for Bravery, LLC and its contractors are not liable for any VA claim decisions or outcomes, and all use of our services is at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the services. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Benefits for Bravery, LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
Third-Party Links
Our services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
Service Availability and Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modifications or interruptions.
Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Suwannee County, Florida, and not by jury trial or class action.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, or labor disputes.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
